Your thoughts on BizNet Thane 3.0?Thane is an urban conglomeration, whose success story has been
co-scripted by real estate development. Arguably one of the
fastest growing cities in India, Thane’s real estate development
and growth has been properly structured, governed by the
association of real estate developers, CREDAI-MCHI Thane. As a
progressive association, CREDAI-MCHI Thane has been coming
up with initiatives and new ideas which enhance the growth
story of Thane’s real estate; the newest one being ‘BizNet Thane’.
BizNet Thane 3.0 has been conceived of as a platform, where
stakeholders in real estate — the entire gamut, from
manufacturers and service providers — get an opportunity to
share the latest developments in their sector/ segment with their
target audience i.e. the real estate developers, it will create an
exciting opportunity for all stake holders in Thane’s real estate.
The concept is simple: BizNet Thane 3.0 provides a platform,
leveraging technology and live audiences, where real estate
product and service suppliers can share the latest developments
and new product ranges to an audience, which comprises
Thane’s real estate developers. There are no complicated set-up
requirements or participation norms; it is, quite simply, an
opportunity to share new product/ service options which offer
cost advantages on one hand to those that convey cutting edge
technology, from new designs to the latest development in that
segment/ product
CREDAI-MCHI Thane has done much work in the recent past,
keeping its members updated about what’s new in real estate
construction. For members of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, these
interactions with “what’s new” help us achieve the goal of being
market leaders. Going ahead, we have planned out activities —
including BizNet Thane 3.0 - and will be creating such platforms
which are knowledge events as also business opportunities.
Real estate has been defined as one that supports 250-plus
ancillary industries. BizNet Thane 3.0 will host all of these, and
offer an excellent option to explore opportunities to create new
business links with Thane’s real estate developers. The actual
event also offers some great branding and sponsorship
opportunities, and CREDAI-MCHI Thane looks forward to making
this event a grand success.
Any business proposition which is supported by end-user
demand tends to be a win-win scenario, and ‘BizNet Thane 3.0’
promises to be precisely that. CREDAI-MCHI Thane is an
organisation of real estate developers, which has consistently
strived to ensure proper growth of real estate development done
the right way. CREDAI-MCHI Thane has consistently innovated to
create the right environment in which business opportunities
can flourish.
It is among the new initiatives that CREDAI MCHI Thane has come
up with; a platform which repositioned the B2B marketplace by
making it simple and easy to share new product details and
service specifications. The first edition in 2021 was a success,
2022 was good; we are looking forward to this year’s edition on
06 June 2024 doing even better.
Over the years, Thane has been at the forefront when it comes to
adopting and assimilating new, cutting-edge technologies and
product ranges/ service options which have ensured that the real
estate created is done using Global Best Practices. The economic
changes and new age buyers have changed the paradigm, and
home buyers are looking for Next-Gen homes — and Thane’s real
estate development aspires to meet these requirements. This
was also reflected in the success of the PROPERTY 2024-THANE
expo, BizNet Thane 3.0 will take this growth story ahead.
Whether it is the PROPERTY 2024-THANE expo or BizNet Thane
3.0; these are aspects which will translate into constructive work
done during my tenure as President. These go a long way in
ensuring that Thane’s real estate developers are abreast of all
that is new in construction technologies and products which
power the amenities and facilities offered to the end-customer:
the new age home buyer.
During BizNet Thane 3.0, we look forward to service providers and product suppliers to co-ordinate and participate, and share what’s new in their specialized areas, sharing of knowledge as also an excellent business opportunity.
