23rd CREDAI MCHI Thane Property Expo Concludes on a High Note; Registers Record Footfalls and site visit bookings

Thane, 19 April 2026: The 23rd edition of the 3-day CREDAI MCHI Thane Property Expo concluded successfully on 19 April 2026, reinforcing Thane’s position as MMR’s most dynamic real estate market. Held over three days at Dosti West County, Thane; the Expo drew 20,467 visitors and facilitated 234 spot bookings across residential, commercial, and retail segments.

The event showcased 100+ RERA-approved projects from 40+ leading developers, with inventory ranging from ₹55 lakh 1 BHKs to premium 4 BHK residences. Strongest traction was seen in the ₹55 lakh to ₹2.25 crore bracket, with Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Pokhran, and Majiwada emerging as top micro-markets. On-spot loan desks processed 398 loan applications, with banks reporting a 15% higher sanction rate versus walk-in branches due to Expo-specific facilitation.

Expo-exclusive benefits resulted in many a ‘walk in’ turning into a ‘will buy shortly’ decision, while legal and Vastu guidance counters helped first-time buyers close their ‘dream home’ deal with confidence. Developers also reported significant NRI and investor interest, citing Thane Metro, Coastal Road, Borivali–Thane Tunnel, and the upcoming HSR station as catalysts.
