Thane, 17 April 2026: The 23rd edition of CREDAI MCHI Thane’s flagship Property Expo was inaugurated today amid strong industry and homebuyer enthusiasm. The three-day event, running Hong-Kongfrom 17 to 19 April, brings together 40+ leading developers and 100+ RERA-approved projects across residential, commercial, and retail segments, positioning Thane as the epicentre of MMR’s next real estate wave.

The Expo was inaugurated in the presence of senior government dignitaries, industry leaders, and financial institutions. ४० हून अधिक बिल्डरांचे महारेरा मान्यताप्राप्त १०० हून अधिक प्रकल्प

ठाणे, दि. १७ (प्रतिनिधी) : `क्रेडाई-एमसीएचआय, ठाणे' यांच्या वतीने ठाण्यातील दोस्ती वेस्ट काऊंटी येथे भरविलेल्या २३ व्या भव्य प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनाचे आज शानदार उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. आजपासून रविवारपर्यंत सुरू राहणाऱ्या या प्रदर्शनात ४० हून अधिक प्रसिद्ध बिल्डरांचे `महारेरा'ने मंजूर केलेले १०० हून अधिक प्रकल्प सादर करण्यात आले आहेत. या प्रदर्शनात नागरिकांना घराच्या नोंदणीवर आकर्षक ऑफर्ससह स्वप्नातील घर आणि व्यावसायिकांना वाणिज्य मालमत्तांची खरेदी करता येणार आहे.

यंदाच्या प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनाचे आमदार निरंजन डावखरे, महापौर शर्मिला पिंपळोलकर, उपमहापौर कृष्णा पाटील, नगरसेवक संजय भोईर, `एसबीआय'चे विभागीय व्यवस्थापक राजेंद्र धिंग्रा, क्रेडाई- एमसीएचआय, ठाणे' संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष सचिन मिराणी, राजू व्होरा, सचिव फैय्याज विराणी, प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शन समितीचे अध्यक्ष विभव बोरकर, खजिनदार जय व्होरा, `क्रेडाई- एमसीएचआय, ठाणे'च्या युवा शाखेचे अध्यक्ष निमित मेहता आदी मान्यवरांच्या उपस्थितीत उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. येत्या रविवारपर्यंत सकाळी ११ ते सायंकाळी ६ पर्यंत नागरिकांना प्रदर्शनात मोफत प्रवेश असून, पार्किंग व्यवस्थाही मोफत उपलब्ध करण्यात आली आहे.

प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनाच्या माध्यमातून पुढील दोन ते तीन वर्षांच्या ठाणे शहरातील विकासाची दिशा दिसून येते. शहराच्या विकासात `क्रेडाई-एमसीएचआय'चे योगदान महत्वाचे असून, महापालिका व एमसीएचआय यांच्यात समन्वय साधण्यासाठी तीन ते चार महिन्यांमध्ये एक बैठक घ्यावी, असे आवाहन आमदार निरंजन डावखरे यांनी केले.

ठाणे शहराच्या विकासासाठी सातत्याने महापालिकेकडून विविध प्रकल्प राबविले जात आहेत. त्यासाठी `एमसीएचआय'ने योगदान द्यावे, असे आवाहन महापौर शर्मिला पिंपळोलकर यांनी केले. ठाणे शहराच्या विकासाचे प्रतिबिंब प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनात उमटले आहे. गेल्या काही वर्षांत ठाण्यात मेट्रो, कोस्टल रोड, ठाणे-बोरिवली बोगदा, अंतर्गत मेट्रो आदी प्रकल्पांमुळे मोठा विकास होत आहे. `क्रेडाई-एमसीएचआय, ठाणे'ने विश्वासार्हता निर्माण केली आहे. त्यामुळे गेल्या काही वर्षांत ठाण्यात घर व व्यावसायिक जागा खरेदी केलेल्या नागरिकांना फायदा झाला आहे. यंदाच्या प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनात एकाच छताखाली घर, व्यापारी जागा आणि गृह कर्जाचे पर्याय उपलब्ध असतील, अशी माहिती अध्यक्ष सचिन मिराणी यांनी दिली. तसेच जुन्या ठाणे शहरातील जुन्या इमारतींच्या पुनर्विकासासाठी ९ मीटर रुंद रस्त्याच्या नियमात सुधारणा करावी, असे आवाहन सचिन मिराणी यांनी केले. ठाणे शहरातील नागरिकांच्या अपेक्षा लक्षात घेऊन प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनात गृह प्रकल्प साकारण्यात आले आहेत. या प्रदर्शनात रेरा मान्यताप्राप्त दर्जेदार व उत्कृष्ट गृहसंकुलांचा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. या प्रदर्शनाला सुमारे १ लाखांहून अधिक नागरिक भेट देतील, अशी आशा सचिव फैय्याज विराणी यांनी व्यक्त केली. ठाण्यातील विश्वासार्ह व नामांकित बिल्डरांबरोबर प्रदर्शनाच्या माध्यमातून ग्राहक जोडले जातील. त्यांना स्वप्नातील घर सहजपणे उपलब्ध होईल, असा विश्वास प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनाचे अध्यक्ष विभव बोरकर यांनी व्यक्त केला. उत्तम नियोजन व दर्जेदार नागरी सुविधांमुळे ठाणे शहर हे नागरिकांची पसंती होत आहे, असे उपमहापौर कृष्णा पाटील यांनी नमूद केले. सलग २३ व्या यशस्वी प्रॉपर्टी प्रदर्शनामुळे एमएसीएचआय ही ठाणेकरांच्या विश्वासाची संस्था झाली आहे, याबद्दल नगरसेवक संजय भोईर यांनी आनंद व्यक्त केला. ठाणे शहराच्या रिअल इस्टेट विकासासाठी एसबीआय बँकेकडून कायम सहकार्य केले जाईल, अशी ग्वाही एसबीआयचे राजेंद्र धिंग्रा यांनी व्यक्त केली.

यंदा `एमसीएचआय है तो भरोसा है' या टॅगलाईनने होणाऱ्या प्रदर्शनात शहरातील ४० हून अधिक नामांकित बिल्डर, प्रसिद्ध बँका व वित्तसंस्थांची दालने आहेत. सुमारे ५० लाखांपासून प्रीमियम वॉटरफ्रंट घरांपर्यंत विविध घरांचे पर्याय आणि महत्त्वाच्या ठिकाणच्या रिटेल जागांचा समावेश आहे. या प्रदर्शनात ऑन द स्पॉट कर्जेही मंजूर केली जात आहेत. ग्राहकांच्या बजेटनुसार घरांचे पर्याय उपलब्ध करण्यात आले आहेत.
