The fourth edition of CREDAI MCHI Thane’s Biznet, held on June 3, 2025, at TopTop Plaza, Thane West, emerged as a landmark B2B event, fostering connections within the real estate sector. Over 20 vendors and 170-plus developers from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) participated, alongside purchase managers from leading real estate firms, making it a dynamic platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and services.

Sachin Mirani, President, CREDAI MCHI Thane, hailed the event’s success, emphasizing its role in leveraging technology to connect suppliers with developers. “Biznet Thane facilitated meaningful interactions, driving innovation and business growth in the region,” he said. The event surpassed expectations, achieving significant business deals and MoUs, with a target of Rs 100 crore in transactions. Faiyaz Virani, Hon Secretary, CREDAI MCHI Thane, described it as a “record-breaking” edition, attributing its success to robust participation and impactful outcomes.

Developers like Ehtesham Khan explored advanced technologies and sourcing options, while Mahesh Borkar, Chairman of CREDAI MCHI Thane’s Redevelopment Committee, noted the platform’s effectiveness in linking developers with suppliers. Akshit Parmar, Joint Secretary, Youth Wing, highlighted its value in learning about new processes, fostering innovation.

Vendors echoed the enthusiasm. Aditya Mangudkar from Fujitec India and Harsh Kumar from Aquel by Prince Pipes reported high engagement and promising leads. Representatives from Sapphire Glass Solutions, Fenesta, and KEI Cables praised Biznet as an ideal platform for networking with Thane’s real estate community.
